Vakbeurs Foodspecialiteiten and Anuga 2021
The NotenBeurs is ready for VakBeurs Foodspecialiteiten and Anuga 2021
After a year of postponement, we are pleased to be able to participate in two advance fairs for us within the industry. These are the Food Specialties Trade Fair in Houten and Anuga in Cologne. Although we successfully organized our own ‘Huisbeurs’ last year, we still enjoy receiving our customers on the exhibition floor. We have missed the dynamics and conviviality of a fair the last 2 years. In short, we like it.
What can you expect at our booth? Think of fun (and tasty) novelties in the field of nuts. Our own (sugar) coated products, delicious dried fruits and chocolate for the upcoming holidays. We will also present our new recyclable cups.
Sustainable packaging
New this year at De NotenBeurs are the 100% recyclable cups. The emergence of a fruit from the market, we have, in accordance with our relations, a nice assortment of nuts, kernels and subtropical fruits.
The nuts and dried fruit industry is constantly evolving and that we can continuously anticipate as a wholesaler. It is customary in our trade that the products are processed in thin plastic foil bags. The disadvantage of this is that they do not last long, they tear quickly and a consumer has to repackage it because otherwise the product often accelerates its freshness. We did not find this sustainable and are therefore looking for an alternative where the taste guarantee can be guaranteed for a longer period of time. Because our production department is strong in small volume packaging, we can produce the products, freshly formed, on Mondays and deliver them on Thursdays. Added value for our customer is of course the convenience and a better taste guarantee.
Grow in dried fruits
The consumption of dried fruit and nuts is still steadily increasing in the Netherlands. We also notice this. Dried fruit is a healthy take-away snack, has a long shelf life, is easy to store and without too many problems with problems. Also this year we are cutting another demand for pineapple and mango. Consumers are consciously becoming more aware of the choices in their daily diet and that is of course a wonderful development.
In addition to all this, we also have some interesting trade fair offers. Reasons enough to come by for a nice snack and a drink, our sales are happy to help you. We wish you a warm welcome at booth no. 273
